The Dunskey is a beautifully presented 18-hole, 5913 yard Par 70 course and sets a fair challenge for golfers of varying abilities while the 9-hole, Par 3 Dinvin is enjoyed by families and those experienced golfers wishing to perfect their short game.
Visitors are welcome to warm up on the practice area, use our pitching/short game facilities or play a few holes on the Dinvin course prior to embarking on their round of golf on the Dunskey course.

No advance booking required – Pay and Play Family rates and discount books of tickets available – Visitors welcome One of Portpatrick’s well-kept secrets is the excellent 9-hole, Par 3 Dinvin Course, which is maintained to the same high standards as the 18-hole Dunskey Course. Opened in 1914, it was originally described as a “Ladies Course, a nine hole iron and putt course which has proved enjoyable not only to members of the fair sex but to the golfer who has the sense to test his iron shots”. Taking about an hour to play, it is ideal for the golfer looking for a quick bit of exercise or for the beginner who does not feel up to the rigours of 18 holes. Requiring no advance booking it simply means pay and play. Family rates and discounted books of tickets are available. Visitors are very welcome.
