Ideally located for the Midlands Motorway network but set in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside, the course at 6,665 yds ( men’s competition tees) offers an enjoyable challenge for golfers of all abilities. With undulating fairways, fast sloping greens and strategically placed bunkers, the course since being opened in 1974, has developed into a mature test of golf. It is also one of the driest courses in the area which makes play possible 52 weeks of the year.
