It is anticipated that the association of St Andrews Links Trust with the newly formed Fife Golf Trust will ensure these Fife golf courses are maintained to a high standard, turning them into some of the best golf courses in Fife.

The signature hole of Auchterderran Golf Course is the Burma Road. The behemoth 241 yard par 3 fifth, offers a unique challenge to any golfer, with its small green, narrow sloping fairway and out of bounds on the left.
